I’m not a fan of yours but I can appreciate a pop sensation when I see one. Having said that, if you think you are powerful enough to remake “Ni**as In Paris,” you are sorely mistaken. Your rendition makes me cringe — cringe in a way that I want to cover my face because I’m embarrassed for you. At the beginning of your performance, you note “this is about to get real embarrassing!” That should’ve been your cue to not indulge in your instinct to redo this record-breaking single.
